There seems to be a looping when going to this URL - 
http://www.facebook.com/developers/createapp.php to register the application

Hi Lucas,

I have created one more Facebook app, with the same URL. and it was created 
successfully without any "looping", please try again , and if the problem is 
not getting resolved please try to open ticket with Facebook, there might be 
some account problem.
