What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install/Deploy/Activate solution/feature
2. Add Facebook Wall web part to page
3. Add Facebook Settings for Code, Client ID, Redirect Url, Client Secret, and 
User Id

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see company facebook wall feed.  Instead see error of "The remote 
server returned an error: (400) Bad Request

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 4.5 on SharePoint 2010 Enterprise on Windows Server 2008

Please provide any additional information below.

Please download latest version 4.6. This issue has been resolved
