What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configured the Facebook Wall settings per install steps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See my wall. Error: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad 
Request.Object reference not set to an instance of an object. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4.6 on Windows Server 2008

Please provide any additional information below.
I have tried this on three different servers and am getting the same errors on 
all of them

I have attached a file with all the settings.
