1.Facebook Webpart configured with Code, Client ID, Redirect URL 
(http://www.facebook.com/connect/login_success.html), Client Secret, Page ID

2. Get error "the given key was not present in the dictionary

Sharepoint site is on intranet, behind firewall and not publically accessible.
