Installation problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Running DeploySolution.cmd on Sharepoint 2007.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting the output: Operation completed successive. But I am getting the 
following error:
solution manifest for solution '672a1540-db2e-4630-83f1-6d2c7b6235ea' failed 
validation, file manifest.xml, line 2, character 110: The 
'SharepointPoductVersion' attribute is not declared.
BrickRed.Webpats.Twitter.wsp: the Solution installation failed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the latest version of the product. my os is win 2k 2008 r2 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

Can you try deploying the solution with stsadm commands please.

If you see the attached screenshot, I used the stsadm command to deploy the 
solution. I believe your 2007 package is build against 2010 not 2007. that's 
why I am getting that error? have you tried deploying your 2007 solution at all?

Hi Kamal,

We regularly deploy 2007 package here in our test environment for bug fixing 
and updates. I recently published a new version 3.1 and you can see the 
attached installation screenshot for the same. You are not using the 2007 
version of package because the solution id for 2007 is 
9a9cf416-e7a6-44cc-a0c9-974b2b4a0945 and the one you are using is from 2010. 
Please download V3.1 for 2007 and try to install it. if you face any issue then 
we can reslove this through team viewer.

Thanks for fixing the problem. I had tried deploying it 10 times before and it 
all failed. I knew there must be something wrong.
