Unable to Connect to remote Server #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?

The Tweet and Show Tweets webpart functionality is required on Sharepoint Web 
Application but after entering the correct API keys i.e. consumer key etc in 
the edit webpart zone I am getting the error "Unable to connect to remote 
server".

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Microsoft SharePoint 2010 with Windows 7 OS

Please provide any additional information below.

i have tried to replicate the scenario at our end with the API keys provided by 
you. we could not find any problem all the feeds were shown correctly. 
Probably one reason could be for such problem is firewall/proxy client 

My suggestion would be to verify that wether you can make remote web calls from 
webserver with apppool identity credentials used to run your site hosting the 
twitter webpart.

For your ref. i'm attaching the screenshot which i have genarted after applying 
the settings provided by you.
