Setup github actions to release django-khronos package to PyPi. #12

Done #6 I have set up the action github to publish the package into PyPi.

The last step , you have to do is configure your PyPi account as step 1 "Configuring trusted publishing" from this link: https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/publishing-package-distribution-releases-using-github-actions-ci-cd-workflows/ with the project name is "Khronos-Py". I do not want to do this step for you because this project is belong to you and I should not be the owner on PyPi. Then the script should work. Let me know if you have any more question or error
