A suggestion about TalkBack and web view contents. #402

Hello, I'm Hyongsop Kim in Korea.
I have a suggestion about TalkBack and web view contents.
As you know, a lot of apps are attached web view contents in many sections, and 
it is very hard to use.
Because app developers sometimes turned off javascript, in this case TalkBack 
doesn't work properly.
And in some cases, TalkBack reads the item, but even if I doubletap, the link 
doesn't run.
So please fix this issue.
