[WIP] update schema, pcb to kicad5 libs #38

this PR updates the cape to a kicad 5 project. Currently untested -> WIP

They're ready for testing - so I need to have a PCB fabbed and components. If someone wants to give the changes a go, go ahead :) For me it can take a month or so, I'll remove the [WIP] then.

I'd like to upgrade the files straight to KiCad 6 now that it's available, so I am marking this issue closed. Please feel free to reopen or make a new PR if you end up making the upgrade.
