GDD missing rows #23

153 rows are different for GDD and time composite (or Input, time composite isn't missing rows). Also, 166 fids are absent from CGDD (GenerateCentroidTemperaturesCGDD.py).

This is mostly likely related to version compatibility of V4 , V5.

Since GDD is being redone, this won't be worked on for now. This issue can be opened in the future.
