Ant target wdigets-app.launch is not working under Vista #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run 'ant widgets-app' under Vista

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vista

Please provide any additional information below.

A workaround is to edit Ant target "open-url" at AW_HOME/tools/build-
common.xml and add "Windows Vista" in the "os" parameter.
