Opera browser not supported #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?

platform: Using the opera 9.5 web browser on windows
problem: on the issue tracking sample application , no window appear after 
pressing create button

Opera is not currently supported by AribaWeb.  AW supports IE 6+ Firefox 2+, 
and Safari 3+.

Changing title from "Modal windows does'nt work in opera" to reflect broader 
issue
