What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the data in some AWTDataTable as excel
2. The excel file does not show the Title of the DataTable. It starts at the
columns.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The excel download is done by customers for varied purposes like filing legal
reports, billing their customers, paying their vendors etc. Customers often
want to see a title with their organisation name, some date range or some other
header level data above the column names.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
5.0GA on Windows and Ubuntu
