Documentation required for building Sprocket modules #3

The old documentation is no longer relevant. New documentation needs to be
written to explain all the steps involved in developing a module to extend
Sprocket.

The module how-to guide in the repository needs to be updated ASAP as it runs 
on an
old version of Sprocket that is no longer relevant to the current code base.
