Included website code needs to have a base-level skeleton setup #7

The included website in the source and binaries release should have some
basic stuff prepared so that the base-level site is ready to be
experimented with when a user first downloads and installs Sprocket. This
would have a basic "Thanks for installing Sprocket" page, a link to the
admin section and anything else to help the new user get going. Links to
online documentation would also be relevant.
