Create new wsc-gae.jar #72

The current wsc-gae.jar in the Downloads section contains a GaeHttpTransport 
implementation that is not compatible with the current Transport interface.

If anyone is still using the GaeHttpTransport I'd be happy to upload a new 
version that works with wsc-23.

Please comment if there's a need.
