Use ReadTimeout in GaeHttpTransport #75

Here's a tip to use the timeout:

    public OutputStream connect(String uri, String soapAction) throws IOException {
        // log.info( uri );   log.info( soapAction );

        url = new URL(uri);
//        request = new HTTPRequest(url,HTTPMethod.POST);
        FetchOptions fetchOptions = FetchOptions.Builder.withDeadline(config.getReadTimeout()/1000);
        request = new HTTPRequest(url, HTTPMethod.POST, fetchOptions);
