Keyboard shortcut to move lines up and down #274

Use keyboard shortcuts, such as Alt-arrow up/alt-arrow down, to move
lines/paragraphs up and down. 
Mighty useful when sorting manually a list of items.

Nice idea, but the suggested keyboard shortcuts are already being used to 
navigate in
the tree of notes without leaving the main pane. Maybe Alt+Shift+ArrowUp/Down?

Sure - those are the same shortcuts used by ms word for the same action.
