Search all notes function can cause address violation #279

Similar to issue 136, except that the program does not close.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tick box for "Search all notes" in Search pane
2.enter text into search box
3. press "Find All"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should give a list of occurrences of the specified text in all notes.

Instead, it gives an address violation error - see screenshot. Press OK to
continue, and program does not close.

What version are you using? On what operating system?
i.7.8 latest version. Windows XP SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.

It does not occur with the version of keynote that I was using previously
(and still use) which is 1.6.5.

It does not occur if I create a new file in 1.7.8

My file is not encrypted, mostly simple text tree notes.

Fixed in revision r126

What I have located is that the same access violation is caused by such kind of
search (all notes) when there is one tree note without nodes.
