"Insert-->URL" is not working properly #296

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Press Insert then URL
2. Type some url and name for it
3. Click OK

What is the expected output?
Something like this (1st url with default name and second named "TEST")

What do you see instead?

What version are you using? On what operating system?
Keynote NF 1.7.8.1 on Windows 7 32bit

Also see same with Keynote NF 1.7.8.1 on Windows Vista 64 bit

This solved my problem, see solution in bottom post:

You can find Msftedit.dll here: 
http://www.search-dll.com/dll-files/download/msftedit.dll.html

(Unfortunately, did not solve embedded office document issues - can drag in, 
but cannot 
drag back out, and filename is lost after it's embedded. I can open from within 
Keynote, edit and save, but just not drag back out after doing so.)
