What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create tree with child nodes (also with child nodes)
2. Change to vertical layout

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Nodes remain childs of orginal parent nodes

What version are you using? On what operating system?

1.7.8.1  Windows 7
