help file: internet links open IE not default browser #355

When clicking on a URL in the help file, it opens in IE.  For example, the URL 
in the WordWeb topic.  Firefox is my default browser.  I do not maintain IE 6 
except for those web sites which demand MS. I'm running version 1.7.8.1.  This 
was not the behavior in v. 1.6.9

Thank you for taking on this project.  I'm looking forward to your enhancements.
