Color of the horizontal stripe in the background of the tabs #378

Due to some reasons, the color of the horizontal stripe in the background of 
the tabs (I don't mean the background color of the tabs themselves) has the 
same color as the background of the active tab. This bug is annoying, 
especially if you have set the background color of the active tab to some 
unusual color. 

I am using Windows XP SP3
