Suggestion: Support for real data tables a la InfoStore Pro #391

InfoStore Pro, now sadly defunct, had an excellent data table document type 
(NOT RTF table) implementation.  It supported a separate table per node, with 
data definitions, picklists, sorting, CSV import/export, and other useful 
functionality.  Extraordinarily useful.

I have always wished for this functionality in KeyNote.
