Hide note tab bar #398

An option to hide the tab bar when only one note is open or visible. Additional 
"Autohide" option could be set meaning if second note is created the notebar 
would popup.

+1. I also like to have only one "tab" per knt file. Would be nice to be able 
to hide the tab bar.

P.S. Issue #422 and Issue #398 are the same and should be merged.
