Add alerts list in resource panel #460

Id should be simplified version of alert window with only three columns: 
subject, start date, reminder date. 
Sorting on all columns would be great.
Two checkboxes for quick filtering of overdue and pending reminders.

And voilà, we have a simple but fully functional task manager in KeyNote 
without annyoing pop-ups.
