Update Wiki

Hello,

I propose we update the wiki as it has been a few years since this project was 
last in active development.

Notably here I propose that we update the wiki to delete the Todo list and move 
the significant items into the the issue tracker.

Going well, was just cleaning up some of my old projects on here. News-Gen 
being one of them :)

In any case if someone does pick this project up in the future, it will be 
better to use the tracking system to track progress.

I shall wait for consensus for this till the weekend.

The technologies we used for this project are so old that I'm not sure anything 
involved is relevant except for LaTeX paper generation. I feel like the thrust 
of this project has been made obsolete by products such as Instapaper.

Well that is true. I actually didn't mean to pick this project up at all. Just 
wanted to clean up the wiki that was it.

If I get two yay's then I propose we just delete the wiki page.
