Closes: #516
Describe the add-ons or changes you've made 📃
I have added the entire code in the form of a Jupyter Notebook (.ipynb file) along with the dataset, images, and README.md file. The Jupyter Notebook contains the implementation of the TUAV Fire Detection project, including data preparation, feature extraction, model training, evaluation, and documentation. Additionally, the dataset required for the project is included, along with relevant images used in the project. The README.md file provides an overview of the project, installation instructions, usage guidelines, and other relevant information for users and contributors.
