Updated Step3 so that it installs cudNN 6.0 and Tensorflow 1.3. Also included installation of the CUDA 8 cuBLAS patch. Finally modified the README with new training speed.
NOTE: Step3 will need to be continuously updated as new versions of Tensorflow are released and support for newer versions of CUDA and cudNN are added.
