Arrow slider for input to hierarchical sort #25

Implement the arrow slider which will serve as input to hierarchical sort:

[x] whatever parameters are to the right of the arrow slider will be included in the groups
[x] whatever parameters are to the left of the arrow slider will be sorted per row, within the groups

Bug:

[x] when the parameters are reordered, slider does not snap to the right point
