Include github blog in feed if --blog|-b is passed #2

Would be nice to have the option of the notifier telling you about new github blog posts, IMO. I'm fine with a "Won't Implement" though if you think it's not right for this app, it's a relatively minor feature.

I kind of wanted to add this but thought that it might be out of scope for this app. Seeing that someone else might also find this useful is the perfect excuse to go ahead and add it :) I'll try to find the time for this in the next couple of days. Thanks for the suggestion.

This issue can be closed now as it was added in pull #4
