Add:

upd process reference to the GTKGui to allow dynamic filtering access
Menu check item to enable/disable author filtering
Menu check item to enable/disable project filtering
Ability to re-evaluate the config.cfg when filtering is enabled
Logger to GTKGui class with more logging messages

Refactor:

The location where the config.cfg is read (move to GTKGui)

Fix:

System tray icon (6ce4ad1f94 caused the icon to not show up when installed)
