Downloading big area

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Delete all the tiles or change the directory
 2. Open the download interface an enter a big area (>60000)
 3. Check the downloaded tile for zoom 14

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 it should download all the tiles instead is downloading just some

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
 might have to do something with the fact that:
The circumference of the earth at the equator is 24,901.55 miles (40,075.16 
kilometers).
