Restart of the application is required after Maps Directory is set to custom

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1.start GMapCatcher
 2.in Settings tab set new path in "Custom Maps Directory"
 3.tiles are still stored in the original directory. The new path is used
after App is restarted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
New path should be used immediately.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
After new dir is set:
- init tiles cache
- set storage path to the custom path
- show the data
