UI is slightly changed #137

UI becomes horrible after r764: the map server selection combo box is too
width and push the 'download' button to overlap the 2 selection box. I
change it a little in r766, and directly merged the changes into 'trunk'.

r766 also add a 'language' setting to remove English tags from China's map
tiles. see i136.

Yes we are disusing the changes in r764 in Issue 120
Some very funny things happened in that revision :)
