double click on zoom bar changes map center (moves map) #156

Windows version 0.7 and 0.6 (but didn't occur before 0.6)
When you double click on the zoom slider area, it should only change zoom 
level. Instead, the map moves and the map center is changed, in addition 
to zoom change.

 Yes, there is definitely something going on with Zoom Bar and is not just with the
double click, I also noticed that after navigating in the map if I click & hold 
the
zoom bar and move right or left the map moves :(
