Manual tile download from gui #182

Adding option to manually download single tiles from gui for the current zoom 
level.

This will help getting long routes covered quicker, without a need to download 
huge amount of unnecessary tiles.

A Nice Idea! :-)

I'd be thinking of some kind of tool that makes a download zone visible, then 
some possibilities such as double-click/ctrl-drag to download tiles, 
ctrl-scroll to change the size of the download area, shift-scroll to change the 
max zoom level of the downloads - without changing the zoom level of the viewer
