Hybrid tiles are not downloaded from "Google Map Maker" server. #186

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Add some features in maps.google.com
 2. open gmapcatcher and select Map Service to Google Map Marker.
 3. Change to hybrid view.
 4. Your updated features are not available in HYBRID view but available in MAP view.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
GMapCatcher should download hybrid tiles from google map marker server as the
maps are downloaded. Wser can see updated features in map view but not in
hybrid view.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.2.0 in Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems like maps are downloaded from the proper Google Map Marker server but
HYBRID Tiles are downloaded from google server, and not from Google Map Marker
server. I believe Hybrid view is very useful and it is really nice to see
latest features in HYBRID View. I add many features in google map marker. It
feel really very interesting when I can see my added features in the MAP view
but I can't see them in HYBRID view :( :(

It would seem that hybrid mode is 'yet to implement' in google map maker;

what you were possibly seeing, in fact, was google maps hybrid mode even though
you had selected google map maker; in fact in 0.7.2.0 it is, as I seem to
recall, possible to apparently pick all 4 layers from all providers, at least
before restart; that was a bug in the layer select that has hopefully now been
resolved, you'll need the current svn unless we officially release 0.7.2.2
