make location input search possible to hide
so then bigger map screen
not useful to show input search all the time
also make the zoom slide possible to hide

like your program verry much
use it on windows
gpsd is not working direct
but when i start gpsdtest also then its showing a marker in gmapcatcher
using a old globalsat dg100 usb datalogger as usb gps mouse

downloaded 16gig of googlemap data just before a trip to norway
will see how your programs work

sorry i found / noticed the f11 f12 key for full screen map
this is perfect

where can i give a donation

 Yes the F11 & F12 keys should do what you like (show/hide) the widgets, at some point I was thinking that maybe an Auto-hide feature will be nice.

 The best donation will be ideas, I'm sure that after using GMapCatcher for a while you will have a lot of suggestions, or maybe you could help us expand the user guide:
