What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1.Open Settings
 2.Change Language en->zh
 3.nothing happen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When Change Language en->zh,then all messages ware displayed with Chinese.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.5.2

Please provide any additional information below.
I search source code , but I don't find i18n code (ex. gettext).
Is this version not support I18n?

You might need to close GMapCatcher and open it again.

OK. I restarte GMapCather, but nothing happen.

I red source code again, and I found that
this Language selection do nothing.

For Example, Tool menu has 7 items that defined in mapConst.py "TOOLS_MENU"
and "TOOLS_MENU_PLUS_CREDITS" and "TOOLS_MENU_VISUAL_DL" variable.
but, when Language valiable change to "zh" , above valiable is not change.
So tools menu still display English, not Chinese.
I am not familiar with python ,but I find python have i18n libraries.
Will you have a plan to add I18n function?

The language is for the actual maps tiles:
http://mt2.google.com/vt/lyrs=m@142&src=&hl=zh&x=3430&y=1753&z=12
http://mt2.google.com/vt/lyrs=m@142&src=&hl=en&x=3430&y=1753&z=12

Not for the menus or any other objects in the interface
