ImportError: DLL load failed #355

What steps will reproduce the problem?

i check with xp version fresh install it works fine

then i install sp3 and now its not working watch log file.

so please i would like to know which DLL maybe involve in this pb
until the version 0.7.3 everything was working fine on all system but after 
version 0.8 i got some trouble and i can not run the soft.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.8.1 

Please provide any additional information below.

os windows xp sp3 error
   windows 2008 error

works fine on 7 pro
works on fresh xp without SP

good afternoon 

i figure out that the main pb is when i have some markers and when i move the 
map then the police of text from markers become square and then the soft crash.

It s not happening until version 0.7.3 - 
just with version wich have only the map and not the mosaic
so maybe a pb with some dll, for display result of test with markers over the 
map 

there is no crash when there is no markers

strange
