I'm a little confused about the Debt explanation in #30 - It says to include student debts, but then it says to not include "large debts being paid off in installments"... and then it says mortgage debt on primary residence is exempt from this, but what is "This"? Is it exempt from the prior sentence of "do not include here" or exempt from the debt owed to others?
