for some well known reason, we need to set a reverse proxy to openai, so please provide a setting to override the api url

I've already submitted the extension to the store (I'd like you to please check here https://github.com/raycast/extensions/pull/5253). Once the extension is published, please create a new one from there and I can start working from there.
