Parameter Validation [shiny] #14

I know for sure we need to make sure that the parameters are set up in a way that the fraction of the population which are young, adult, and older adults sum up to 1 -- the suggestion is to have the user enter 2 of these values and the third is implied.

want to check with others if there's other parameters we need to validate?

maybe when we have a contact matrix implemented there will need to be some kind of validation schema for that?
