Tasks and Goals [epi model + shiny]

Hi all,

I just wanted to check in with others about what I see as the upcoming priorities for the Shiny app. I'm just listing out some directions here I know that I'd like to try and help this project move towards!

Bugs:

• s/e bug when e = 1, s = 0,1

Goals for Upcoming Improvements:

• Debugging, Testing, Validating however possible

• Add fraction hospitalized, fraction needing ventilators to user editable parameters

• Update the R0 Calculation

• Intervention Stop Times

• Documentation -- Both in-app and external

• More model visualizations - Noncumulative cases per day, deaths per day, etc

• User case series specification is most of the way there, would like to add CSV import

• Optimization - let's review this soon

• Data Downloads

  • Parameters Download
  • Documentation Download

• Locale Data Available

  • What locales?
  • Case Series
  • Deaths

• Policy-Maker Oriented Simplified App

• (Maybe) A "Run Model" button

• More Reset Buttons for Just Intervention Parameters, Contact Matrices

• Make Soheil's contact matrix function available to generate intervention contact matrix in the app
