These are pretty rough right now and could use the eye of a better graphic designer than me. I think a download icon would be nice, and certainly consistency between the two lists would help.
We might also want to use a dropdown select list beneath the main textfield for displaying candidates. That is, rather than have a dedicated space for candidates as we do now, we could display them dynamically beneath the textbox as text is entered, similar to e.g. google's search box or other narrowing-style searches.
Overall, I think we need more consistency and better layout...whatever that means!
