Call vale with the current buffer's filename #18

I did some brief testing, and it appears to be functioning.

I'm not using this extension any more, so I won't do any testing of PRs, though I'm happy to merge them if you're confident it works.

One question about this one, though: does this work if buffer-file-name is nil?
