prosjekt-save seems to be inserting nils into the project file #49

Open a project, and open it's prosjekt.cfg in a buffer. Now run prosjekt-setup, don't make any changes, and then run prosjekt-setup-save-and-close. You'll see some extra nils in prosjekt.cfg after refresh. Strange.
