Look into whether rope can fix indentation after refactorings #64

Right now a e.g. rename can shorten a functions name and leave some of its arguments incorrectly indented. Maybe rope knows how to deal with this and I just haven't seen it. Or perhaps rope can't do it. But it would be nice to have.
