Consider moving the emacs client code into its own repository. With the elisp code in a separate subdirectory as it is, this make integration with e.g. spacemacs a bit difficult. If we have a project like emacs-traad for the emacs code and traad for the server, we can simplify those situations.
This will require changes to the installation instructions, and we'll want to make sure we have references between the projects so people can find them when they need to.
